Education First

I will never stop looking for ways to improve communication, especially when it comes to translating architectural acoustics into terms everyone can understand. My consulting experience includes educational facilities, performing arts facilities, community centers, corporate facilities, and environmental noise assessments. As a LEED AP, my work contributed to a large percentage of the San Jose’s new branch libraries, many of which are LEED certified. In 2000, I opened the company‚Äôs South Bay office in San Jose, California.

The Orchestra Musician

I grew up in Los Angeles and often attended plays, musicals, and concerts at Occidental College. I even had the chance to join its orchestra pit for summer musicals when I was in high school. Early exposure to the arts, against the backdrop of Myron Hunt architecture, inspired me to build and design such buildings myself. I still make music and play in the orchestra pit in my free time. My favorite place to be is wherever my family is: especially if there is an ocean, lake, or other form of natural beauty nearby.
